is jam ok to eat with oats when you're trying to get lean and lose some stubborn fat? It desn't have any fat in but it has a lot of sugar. How much sugar should i eat a day?

If you trying to lean up and lose that last little bit of stubborn fat you don't want any refined sugar at all. Pretty much it spikes you insulin and makes your body store fat (or something like that. Mind that you should not avoid all sugars, just the simple/refined ones. Complex sugars and fiberous carbs get a thumbs up.

So jam in you oats while trying to get lean is a no-no.

- Its never about how much you can lift, or how many reps you do. Its just about doing it, and doing it right.
- If your hungry all the time, your not eating enough. And anyways, being hungry sucks.
