I am 5'10 185 16 yrs old. MAX: bench 180 lbs and curl 50 lbs. I dont know if either to lose weight first and then start weight lifting, Do weights then lose weight, or do both at the same time. Also I dont know if i should use diet pills like Xendrine or Hydroxcut. I also wanted to know if Creatine was safe for someone of my age. Thank you

Astro, I'd accomplish both weights and lose weight at the same time. ft has great nutrition goals if you'd be so kind to fill out so that other ft'ers can aid you through the process. As for taking diet pills, you don't need them. A good diet at your age is all you need. Creatine, I'd wait another 2 years or so. You still have some growth in you.

You have to do what fits your needs. Are you heavy now? Are you skinny now? Assess your needs, listen to your body. Good luck.
