hey...um quick question about working on abs.
i just started doing the 12-week abdominal plan, which is supposedly supposed to help give you a 6-pack. but as i was looking through the exercises, theres really nothing for your abs...its all pretty much chest, upper back, biceps, and triceps.
i really dont know a lot about muscle gain and all that, but will all these excercises shape my abs too, or should i throw some situps or something in there?
