Drive to your nearest quick mart and grab one out of the cooler.

start out with a variety of weighted crunches, sit-ups, leg raises. after that move on to the higher reps with less or no weight. you have to build the muscle first to be able to see peaks and valleys. and last but not least and the most important part of developing a 6 or an 8 pack is cardio and a strict diet regimen. You can do all the crunches and sit ups you want but if your diet isn't up to par you will fail.

I dont think it has anything to do with cardio, but diet certainly has a large roll.

I can get two 12 packs for $5 at Wal-Mart. Does that count?

I ran outta gas. I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from outta town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake, a terrible flood, locusts. It wasn't my fault!! I swear to God!!

i guess people got sick of asking what the easiest way to get a six pack was. Now they are being much more reasonable and only asking for the easy way to get an 8 pack. Shhh, no one tell him the secret...getting an eight pack is super easy, thats why everyone has one.
