Im a 20 year old female when I quit smoking I was not ready for the emotions that came about. Now 40lbs heavier I am ready to get in shape. I feel like I quit smoking and instead of getting more healthy I got heavy.
I am starting a new job and I think now is the timeto make a fresh start on a new lifestyle. My goal is to lose 30lbs to reach 130 Im going to be joing a gym and going 5 days a week my question is what is the best use of my time cardio wise I want this extra weight off in 3 1/2 months

do HIIT cardio 20-30 min 3-4 days a week....and do 2-3 days of lifting weights....squats, deadlifts, chin ups, dips, military presses, shrugs, etc....
