Ramen noodles

I think I have found a better alternative to ramen noodles, Thai kitchen.170 calories. 2 grams of fat from soubean oil. I like best that they are perfect in the microwave and come in 1 serving size packages(I tend to eat the extra serving because I don't like throwing food away.) It is also perfect with lean meat or fish and vegetables.

Sounds good to me. I dig the Oriental foods. How's the sodium content. I have high BP so I tend to watch that.

390mg. but you can cut down by using less of the seasoning package. ifailed to mention tha the noodles aren't fried, contain no msg, gluten, and egg products.
