Is it ok to workout monday-friday and do only one body part a day(i do abs and legs together). The problem is that I have trouble staying motivated to finish a long workout. and on top of that i can't find anyone to workout with because none of my friends want to be bother with it.
Actually, there are ft programs that work each bodypart only once every 7 days. I prefer this method as it really puts emphasis on one muscle group at a time. Make sure, however, that you have at least 1 day's rest in between. Remeber that when you work on your chest, back and shoulders, that you put a lot of stress on your arms...so that 1 day in between will help a lot.
