Whats a proper PCF ratio? I've heard 1 gram of protein per pound, 1 gram of protein per lean body mass, RDA says 15/65/30. I was doing some planning, and I thought 40/50/10 was good, but I see other ratios that are higher in fat (around 30%).

I'm a 145 lbs female doing cardio and weight training (5 days a week), aiming for a 2,000 daily calorie intake. I'm looking to burn fat to define muscles, and to build strength. At 1 gram of protein per pound, its 145g/580 calories and only 29% of daily caloric intake. Is that good, or do I need more protein?

With the protein, however, I'm not big on whey/soy shakes. My brother drinks whey protein shakes, and the powder smells horrible. Are the protein tablets okay for supplementing?

How so? So 29% is okay? What about the others?

If I can't reach 29%, should I take a supplement?
