I don't know if you guys have seen this before but, I found this RAW lifters classification document a the following URL:
http://www.rawpowerlifting.com/pdf/RAWClassificationStandards.pdf
Since Pemdas and others on this board lift Raw. Here is the standard that has been created.
I tried to copy and paste it like gatormade but it didn't turn out so good.

My total really doesn't count because it was not done in a sanctioned powerlifting event but I am at a pathetic class 3 in the 198 class.
How are you guys doing?

I'm a Class II at 220. I've never competed so my numbers don't mean much.

I weighed myself at 155 this morning, which is down from 2 months ago by about 7 pounds. I quit eating as much bread and processed carbs, upped veggies and meat.
My lifts have kept going up though....strange.
Anyway at 148 I'm class 1, 165 I'm class 2.

Remember that all three lifts have to be done in the same session. You can't just total your best gym lifts. It is not the same thing.

Very true. Those that have never competed before may also feel more pressure with people watching (at least, I'm assuming so because I have never competed). That can affect your lifts one way or another. Keep that in mind when you figure out what class you would fall in.

The fear of failing in front of people actually motivates me.
