ive talked to a ptrainer and hes a doc too and told me basic shit like dont do squats/deadlifts/cleans/nethin that has to compress your spine becaues when your working out your spine will get compressed and when this happens it stunts growth but he sounds like he knoes hella shit bout it so basically its all good as long as i replace some of my exercises

i personally dont do squats till im done growing. but i do deads and cleans now and im 17 and im 6 foot 4 inches tall. -snow

As long as you don't use like a lot of weight for exercises like squats and deads and as long as you have good form you have nothing to worry about.
