ive talked to a ptrainer and hes a doc too and told me basic shit like dont do squats/deadlifts/cleans/nethin that has to compress your spine becaues when your working out your spine will get compressed and when this happens it stunts growth but he sounds like he knoes hella shit bout it so basically its all good as long as i replace some of my exercises
