Hey all! I'm new to ft and I'm ready for a little structure to my workouts. I've recently had reconstructive surgery on my ACL and gained some weight for lack of mobility. I know my limitations and have 6 weeks til I'm back running, but I need to start moving NOW! Keeping track of my meals will be most beneficial.
