Just joined this site and I am feelng really good about this. I am 51 years young and 183 lbs. My personal goals starting today are: To lose 20 lbs/ Get back in shape (I have been a couch potato for too long)/ and finally be able to run a marathon race one year from now. Wish me luck and any advice would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm 240lbs and only 22 years old and my goal weight is 140lbs. Hope to get there soon!!
