Hi there, I am a 21 year old female. Recently quit smoking and have gained quite a few pounds from it! I have been gaining wieght increasingly though over the past few month, I have gained 30 pounds since last summer. I had never weighed over 130 pounds before and I currently weigh 156 pounds. I want to lose weight, in a healthy way! I want to start eating better and making better choices and excersizing. I may also have a thyroid problem and it could be the cause of my weight gain. That, or being that I am getting older my metabolism is slowing down, or maybe depression is getting the best of me? I don't knw, but I do not feel good about myself t all!I have been with my bf for the past six months now, and I think being in a relationship, and being so comfortable with him and eating everything he eats, also contributes to my weight gain. I stress out alot as well, and that is why I want to start excersizing, because I hear it is beneficial to relieving stress! Help! I can't stand the way I am looking right now, I feel like a balloon, and I don't look well. None of my clothes fit anymore. And it makes me sad and uncomfortable all day long :(. I used to always be a size five, but just this past month, I have went up to a size 13!? Is this possible.. wow... Anywho, I'm new here, and HELLO everyone! :)
