WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO GO FROM INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED TRAINING ON THE FT PROGRAM ?

Whenever you feel ready for it. The advanced program isn't really all that advanced, the training methodologies are pretty much the same as the others

it took me 4 months...by then I figured I could use more weight and had the form for most exercises perfected..
getting the form right is the primary goal of the beg. program.

it all depends on YOU. The main difference will be the level of intensity. Another aspect will be that you will be expected to be able to perform ALL exercises - and with proper form.

THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWERS. BEEN ON ADVANCED FOR TWO WEEKS AND DIDN'T SEE A LOT OF DIFF. FROM THE INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM. MAYBE IT WILL GET MORE INTENSE LATER. JLANE
