Hello all, I've finally decided it's time to get back into shape. I went through a big change in my life last year by moving and haven't been able to spend as much time as needed to staying in shape. The result was I gained about 20 pounds and I now want to lose that plus get toned. The good news is my job had a really good deal on a gym membership with 6 months of Physical Trainer help. So, I think I have my workouts on track but I need help in the nutrition area.

I asked my PT what, if anything I should take to help me lose weight and he recommended lipo 6. I no nothing about this or any fat burners. Can someone help me choose a good and safe one please?

Thanks for you help and i'm looking forward to spending more time on this forum. I am very impressed!!!

You can get it in liquid of course, or capsulated form. Stack it with green tea for a great metabolic boost.
