Hello everyone! I am attempting to drop about 45 pounds through hard work, a detailed exercise and nutrition plan, and a new lifestyle change. Tonight was the first planned work out and I feel great! I hope that interacting with my new friends on line will keep me on track! I have even purchased a thigh master to use at work since I am seated at a desk most of the day. I am open to any advice or information. I am hoping to drop pounds as I tone and not just bulk up. I also hope that I can develop some abs in the process!

I am in the same boat. I have put on 20lbs in the last 2 years and am hoping to get back on track. My goal is to lose 30 lbs in 6 months.

Hey there! I'm also on the same boat. I have lost about 30lbs in two years but I need to lose another 25-30lbs by the end of 2010!
