Hello everyone! I am attempting to drop about 45 pounds through hard work, a detailed exercise and nutrition plan, and a new lifestyle change. Tonight was the first planned work out and I feel great! I hope that interacting with my new friends on line will keep me on track! I have even purchased a thigh master to use at work since I am seated at a desk most of the day. I am open to any advice or information. I am hoping to drop pounds as I tone and not just bulk up. I also hope that I can develop some abs in the process!
