REALISTICALLY, HOW FAST SHOUL I EXPECT TO LOSE 65 LBS?, I ALWAYS SEEN TO BE IN A RUSH TO LOSE WEIGHT AND THEN WHEN ITS NOT DROPPING FAST ENOUGH THATS WHEN I GIVE UP

A person can lose, realistically, up to 2 pounds per week... safely. That's the average. At first, the first few weeks will have a higher amount of weight lost.

Keep in mind though, as you lose fat and gain muscle, the weight may be different than you expect as muscle is denser than fat, so a pound of fat will be larger than a pound of muscle.
