Sit on the edge of a bench, back bent over, and hold 2 dumbbells of your choice. Now, in that position, keeping the back steady, raise your arms up like the weights are on your elbows. Do this for 10-12 reps.
Another is to sit on the pec deck, facing the seat, and adjust the handles so they are all the way in. Grab the handles and pull back straight out.
Another nice one is if you have cables available. Stand in the middle of them, cable setup about knee high, put a D handle on each cable, and reach over and grab the left one with the right arm, the right with the left arm. Now, in a bent over position, bring your arms up crossing each other.
There are tons of them.
