Anything with lean meat with complex carbs. Substitute ground turkey for ground beef occasionally to cut out some of the fat. Avoid fast foods and foods that are processed (that usually means they are loaded with added fat and/or preservatives). Eat carbs with every meal, especially if its a high protein meal. Good carbs can come from potatoes, pasta, or legumes. Eating for mass is too much like work, but will yield the results you're looking for when its a part of a solid workout routine. Just make sure you eat a lot and often. Its pretty much common sense, but you have to have the mental discipline to stick with it.
A couple of good sites to visit for meal ideas are:
http://www.discoveryhealth.com ((Just look to the left side of the page and scroll down to where it reads "Diet & Fitness", click, then choose "Healthy Recipes"))
Hope these help. There are a few thousand recipes just on those sites, so your meals will never get boring. Good luck!!!!
I would opt for red potato, brown rice and whole grain pasta. Regular Pasta tends to be made out of processed wheat and tends to be higher on the glycemic index.
