Where are all these recipes supposed to be? I have read a bunch of threads here about everyone drinking shakes before their morning jog and weight lifting, but nobody includes the recipes! I'm just curious what, and how much stuff needs to go into these shakes to get the benefit from them. Do tell!
Your welcome and please don't feel dumb. Its called just getting started. There is so much info here it can be overwhelming. There is a great seach on the bottom of each page here called fitbuddy, I use it often to get answers to most of my questions.
