My goal is to gain 20 lbs of muscle, I work out intensly 3-4 times per week. I take NO2, whey protien shakes, and aminos. Happy with gains but wanted advice on supplements, am I on the right track or are there replacement or other supps you would reccommend? (5'11, 185lbs, 12%BF)

no2 is only a voluminizer, it dilates the blood vessels, and gives you apump longer, to me its a waste of money..............whey, creatine, multi, good food and lots of rest are all I use. During the summer i'll take a light fat burner or animal stak but thats about it.

I am 250lbs with about 14% body fat. I'm trying to tone up, I been on Hydroxycut for a week. Is this something that will help me cut up, with my diet and workout in effect.

with a good diet and regular exercise it will definatly aid in getting a little more cut. it will only truly help with a good diet and exercise
