I wanted to ask folks opinions on recovery after
hard workouts.

Does anything you do/use/take in your mind really
help recovery?

stretch....

do light cardio....

take glutamine/protein/simple carbs shake directly after a workout....

take at least a day off....in between workouts....ie after hard leg day I would take a day off....
