I have been working for 2 years to get rid of my body fat and pot belly . I do extra aerobics and have enrolled in FT'S ab program. I try to watch my diet close. I have droped my bf from 34.2% to 22% and my belly has gone down from 44" to 40". There has to be a faster way. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Keith

I don't think he means, eat more food. I think he's talking about more frequent feedings. More calories=more weight. But spreading out small quanities of food through out the day would help you to not feel hungry as well as keeping the calorie burning effects of digestion going longer.

eating more frequently increases your metabolism..some gymnasts and athelets eat 6 pretty small meals a day while sumo wrestlers who easily weight +500 lbs would eat 2 really huge meals...

Hey there. Nothing ever comes easy and the fact that you got 4" off your waist is something to be commended for. Keep up the hard work and results will show soon enough. I am a small guy trying to get big but I heard you need like 12% body fat or less to start to get the abs to show. My tip to you would be to do something fun that burns the fat too like rollerblading, bike riding, or even an afternoon hike while listening to a ball game does wonders. Back when I was heavier I also found doing lil things helps too like going up the stairs a lil quicker or even tapping your foot for awhile, anything that burns man. Well I am out.

Hi There Keith!!
I think i need your help you have dropeed your body fat tremendously from 34.2% to 22%!!!. That great how did you you do it even i want to drop my body fat by around 10% my body fat is around 27% according to those electronic scales. I am a vegeterian suggest something that will help.

Hi Gaurang: I don't know anything about being a vegeterian but if my diet will help you I'll be glad to tell you how I eat and exercise. I eat a lot of chicken , eggs, (I feel I have grown feathers I've eaten so much, thank God feathers don't weigh much)oatmeal, a one a day vitamin, a fat burner pill, fruit, tuna, a protein drink , about a gallon of water, lean crusine or weight watchers, chicken soup, and I can't stay away from chocolate icecream so I have that once a week.I exercise @ 5am in my garage with 5min bike, stretching, and a split body routine from FT and another stretch if I have time before work. That's it I hope it helps.

Pateince. I know that isn't what you want to hear. But good things come to those who wait. Try upping your testosterone levels. That helps reduce abdominal fat. Good luck.

Hi bore; what do I use to up my testosterone levels without getting boobs. In the past I tryed some stuff that was to up my testosterone and started getting boobs. I don't need that.

About 30 - 40 mins on a bike should help you out if you exersice before you eat. Wait about an hour then get some carbs and protein (drink is best) down you!Best to keep the heart rate at about 120-140 for fat burn!! Try it out for about 3 days a week.....good luck!
