I would like to know the order to be followed in carrying out my workouts.It would be better If u let me know soon, the order for exercises to gain muscle mass &size.

I'm not sure of your current workout schedule, but you should always work the 'big' muscles first with complex movements (using more than one joint to move). That means you should start your leg day with squats instead of calf raises, and start your chest day by doing bench first and not tricep extensions (for example). A description of your current routine would help in answering your question in more detail.
