BB1fit or asimmer,
Could you please give me a strict eating and workout plan to get these few 12 to 15 pounds off. Want to be fit by June this year...My diet sucks right now, and feel the weight coming back on. I have been working over night, and I always seem to be starving for sugary foods, or salty foods. I feel so very tired as well. Any suggestions would be so helpful right now. Jewel

Jewel, if your not eating foods off the "grocery list for healthy eating" in the specific diet and nurition forum, start now. In the same forum is bb1's "diet thread", read it from top to bottom, twice if you have to. It's proven to work. If you adopt it into your daily life you will lose that remaining 12-15 pounds. Just remember, 1-2 pounds a week loss is healthy, nothing more. Keep your head up, you can do this.
