Hello, I currently take just regular creatine, and i just ordered some more of the regular creatine monohydrate. What's the difference between this and the micronized creatine? Is micronized just better b/c it dissolves better?

Micronized is finer particles, (they may be as much as 20 times smaller), thus faster absorbtion and less stomach irratation. Ever notice with regular creatine there are always undisolved bits left in the glass? The same is happening in your stomach. This is why some folks get a bit of an upset stomach from creatine also.

yeah, when I was taking creatine, i got the worst stomach pains. I switched to AST micronized and those went away.

I personally didn't repsond well to the regular creatine monohydrate, but have done well off the Di and Tri Creatines out there.
