It has been awhile but it looks like I am back. New job but web access so maybe I can post some. I do not know if ayone will remember me but I did miss several of you. Glad to be back. I am a little heavier than when I left (24lbs to be exact). A shoulder injury and eating like crap did that. I am now back to the weights and watching what I am eating again. Hope everone has been doing well. Here is to a good 2005

After going 13-0 and the tide going 6-6, you can say it all you want. I am glad to see that you put it in lower case

I know, I know... the slip in diet starting when I thought my shoulder was sore from a change in workout so I laid off of the weights for a few weeks. Then came a trip to Jamica (which was wonderful but there was every type of food at the resort). My shoulder never healed so off to the doctor and I had an inflamed AC joint - not fun. some rehab and a shot later and it appears that it is getting alot better. When I was off the weights, I let the diet slip. oh yeah, and the holidays. Let me check if I have listed all the excuses - injury, vacation, holdidays - yep, all out there. I am back with dedication and will get down to my goal weight by the time I go to Cancun this summer. Oh no, another vacation:big_smile:
