Could somebody help me i dont understand what thay mean by repetitions. If it says under repetitions 15 does that mean i do 15 everytime.

You do 15 reps for that given set.rest..next set do the next reps.

yes if it tells you to do 15 then u do 15... im a beginner and i have to do 15

10
so u would do two 15 reps, one 12, and one 10

Repetition is a derivative of the word repeat. In other words lift that specific weight amount 15 times.

i think what homegym meant is you kinda want to pick a weight that you could do 20 times to do it 15....thats what some suggest....just in his defense :big_smile:
