i been going gym for nearly two years now and i saw the growth at first and the improvment then it halted so im asking how often you need too change your gym programme really?? and my benching weight has also recently stopped at the same weight so how can i build that up...thanx in advance
well ive heard you should change every three to four weeks,but some people have the same routine but change the reps and sets and intensity. maybe take a month off,and let your muscles repair,plus staying with the same routine can get boring and stale so you should change often,read dave drapers book brother iron sister steel,it will tell everything and more.
