my 12wk program got to the VBC workout but my gym doesn't have this machine. They do have a dip machine but it has no proper back pad. could i instead do reverse crunches on a bench w/a rack or would the dip/pullup machine do the trick? this has been asked before but no one has answered it yet.
thanks,

I think you are talking about romain chairs( thats what i always called them anyways).......you can grab an over head bar, and do reverse cruches like that.......very very hard and alot of body control.

try these....
get a physio ball bring it over to the squat rack.......lay on it and grab the bar( make sure it is secure) keep yoru body straight feet off the floor, and crunch like a reverse crunch using the bar as suport. You can also twist your trunk and work the obliques
