If you go to the frequently asked questions board (at the top) there is a post near the bottom "how many reps, sets etc" which should give you the info you need.
If you do a freetrainers program, it will tell you specifically how many reps and sets to do

welcome and good lcuk.

depends......for just bodybuilding( look good)

main core excercises( benches, squats, dls, militaries, rows, pull ups) keep those to about 4 sets.....12-6 reps

these are the main core excercises that build the msot mass.

isolation lifts( flys, concentration curls, rope press downs etc.) 15-8 usually 3 to 4 sets.

Here you not concentrating on weight, but the squeeze of the muscle, to isolate it. So you go a lil lighter.

strength gains.......to lift alot of weight

you focase mainlyjust on yoru core main lifts.....your weaknesses for those lifts.......and the secondary lifts that help for that paticular lift.

like bench press....main core( under 4 reps) as many as 10 sets.
incline press.....weeakness( upper chest)4 sets...as needed

2ndary back shoulders triceps ( 10-6 usually) ....but changed as needed.
