Reps and Sets?

Jeez im really disabled at this freetrainers.com thing, this is like the 4th question ive asked since Thurs, lol. anywayz, i hope you understand my question...I was wondering: for example, pushups, it says do 4 sets. Do you do all 4 sets of pushups in a row or do you do all set 1s for each exercise (like set 1 for pushups then set 1 for crunches and so on...) and then on to all set 2s (set 2 for pushups then set 2 for crunches and so on...)and then do the same for set 3 and 4. Is that right? I'm confused. Pleeasee help! Thanx! If any of you have trouble understanding my question just say so and i'll try to clear everything up.

Complete all sets of the same exercise before moving on to the next one.
Ask all the questions you want, someone will always give you an answer.

how many reps you do??

depend of what you want to do

if is for grow mass must be low sets with enough weight

or you're talhink about the super-sets or giant-sets?
