Jeez im really disabled at this freetrainers.com thing, this is like the 4th question ive asked since Thurs, lol. anywayz, i hope you understand my question...I was wondering: for example, pushups, it says do 4 sets. Do you do all 4 sets of pushups in a row or do you do all set 1s for each exercise (like set 1 for pushups then set 1 for crunches and so on...) and then on to all set 2s (set 2 for pushups then set 2 for crunches and so on...)and then do the same for set 3 and 4. Is that right? I'm confused. Pleeasee help! Thanx! If any of you have trouble understanding my question just say so and i'll try to clear everything up.
