i want to know that if i can do 30 reps in 2 consecutive repetition and 25 in last
then as a beginner(i m doing push-up for about a year) will do any problem to my body as i am aiming mass gain.

also iu want to know seriously that if losing sperm do have its harm-effects on our body: esp. concerning my goal to gain mass.:surprised:
