In the fitness plan section of the website the program that is set up for me says to do 16, 12, 10, 8. I have always done 12, 10, 8, 12(to burn the muscle out) Is that okay or should i try 16,12,10,8? is there a difference?

Thanks for your help.
Jen.

There is a difference, if you pyramid up with weights (i.e. use progressively heavier weights as the number of reps. decrease).

Because it is different than what you have been doing, it will be a change to your muscles, so it is a good thing. try it!

I agree with asimmer, you need to shock your muscles to keep them growing. The tinyest change in how you do something will make a big difference.
