i work out three days. a week i can recall that one of you said that that not good, here is my work out what do you think. I've ask this question before but im happy with my legs will working my legs effect how my upper body looks overall or my overall size.
Monday shoulder arms back tuesday rest wednesday same thursday rest friday same sat rest sun rest
This leans more towards circuit training. However, as you get more advanced, you should isolate a muscle group on a different day. This gives your muscles time to rest, which will gain you more mass.
