for those of you who have done the 12 week mass and got results from it. about how long should the rest be between sets?

For mass I would wait 1.5 - 2 mins between sets. For cutting try to stay under 1 min.

I rest about 1 min to 2 min. Probably more for squats and bench cause it takes so much out of the body physically. Stretching between sets and after is very beneficial also.

Agree with 1-2 minutes. I find stretching between sets keeps me from getting too tight and not as sore.
