Hi there. I just started working on gaining muscle mass, and I have a question about the amount of time to rest between reps.
Is it better to lift a slightly lighter weight and rest for 60 to 90 seconds (for example), or should you lift a heavier weight and rest for longer?
Any input would be appreciated. I have just started going to the gym so the routine that I have still has rather high reps, so I am not using a lot of weight to start with.
