hi ive heard that the 1-2 days rest between workouts is crucial .But i work construction which is quite vigorous so how do i plan my workouts ?i wanna workout about 3 a week to gain weight thanks
I think the key is to plan your workouts so you get 5 to 7 days rest for each muscle group. That is your main concern. With your job being so vigourous, you will just probably have to consume even more calories than the average person for weight gain who is trying to gain. But the rest between workouts is critical to your success.
