Hey guys, I noticed in pretty much everyones workout schedule they have a couple rest days. Lately however i have had 1 rest day a week. however 1-2 days in the gym i wont do any weights and ill just do some cardio and abs. Would this technically be classified as a rest day?? just doing abs and a little bit of bike, or running a couple laps... this should still give my other muscles time to recover shouldnt it? (aside from legs) and i usually space them out. Wont do cardio a day/two after legs. Advice? thanks.
yeah thats fine.. as long as u r not doing weights ur muscles of upper body will keep recovering.. but i would give atleast two days within a week as rest.. one sat/sun and once within the week some day...
well.. i guess.. its upto each individual :)
