Hello,
I am new on this website and I would like to know if anyone has any workout plan that has actually worked for them.
I have been working out now for about 1 month and the results are not great.
I am guessing probably becuase of my lack to stick to any workout plan. Or my lack of a workout plan.
If anyone has a workout plan that has actually worked for them and has had great improvments such as muscle gains
could i please recieve your workout plan.
thank you.:(:dumbbell:

Sign up for one on here. It is not just the workout, diet and rest are a VERY important part of the equation. You need to be consistent and stick to a program, and if you are looking to add muscle then you need to eat and eat big. I would also check out the nutrition forums. You say you have been working out for a month and the results are not great. If it were fast and easy everyone would be walking around in great shape with muscles. Put in the time, both in and out of the gym and be patient, results will come if you stick with it. Good Luck and welcome to FT

When they say "knowledge is power", it is a phrase that really does apply to fitness. The first thing you need to do is look at your diet. Diet is the #1 reason that people fail in fitness. If you want to lose weight, try eating about 10-12 calories per pound of body weight, per day. And make sure that they are not all empty calories from simple carbs or from fat. This site offers some pretty good workout plans, so just follow one that fits your REALISTIC commitment level. I personally split my whole body into 3 days a week at the gym, followed by a moderate amount of cardio.

it generally takes more then just a month for the results to "really show", you will probably see some results but for them to show in that month you have to have a plan and stick to it. the difference between a dream and a goal is a goal has an organized plan of action set out to reach it.
