Hi All. For new members and seasoned members. I'm back. Have been reading the posts, and observing the topics being posted. Took a Hiatis for the summer as I do a majority of my work during this time, running workshops, and teaching, etc. So to all the new members welcome to FT. To the seasoned members and FT staff I look forward to reading what you have to say. I have lost 10lbs, and I am on my way to reaching my goal of 15/% body fat. THis site has had many great suggestions of how to work out, diet, and the just observing the commaradarie that is taking place amongst all. What a great site. I hope to be more active in my being on site.
