Hello! I've returned to the site after a long hiatus. Its been so long that I have forgotten my id and password, so I'm using a new id and password. I was quite active in working out, jogging two to three miles everyday and weight trained five days a week. Unfortunately I came down with a number of illnesses: cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure and non functioning thyroid. First cancer diagnosis back in 2000 with a recurrence in 2004. In 2004 I was having problems doing chest press, lifting my left are above my head. Small tumor on my shoulder interfering with my rotator cuff. Everything else followed after that. I've gone from 212lbs to 184. Doc. does not want me to lift weights but I'm riding a stationary bike and would like to get some tips on exercise band exercises to tone up muscles. I'm 64 years old.
Sorry to hear about all your problems, must be tough, I'm a pretty new member here, so not the one for tips or advice, but there are plenty of clever guys and galls on the site and am sure they will give good advice.
All i wanted to say was welcome back and hope you get what you want from this great site.
