Are they a must,i mean do i have to do them or could i just cut them out of my workout and stick with the plain calve raises,would that still be a good calve workout?

Sniper - I felt the same about them through my first workout. Skip them if you want but if you do them correctly you will have some massive gains in the front of your calve's. They really helped me with the overall development of my calve's.

Ok i may do them but i dont have any kind of gym stuff like a block or whatever it says to use for those,so what else could i use for that?

Also what if you dont have any weight to put on for those?,how do you make it a little tougher if you dont have weight?

sit on a leg curl machine with ur toes under the pad, and pull ur toes toward u, works really well, i liek to do them in between my leg curls, so i don't have to mcome back to the machine later
