Okay long story short, suffered from brothers bday last week and lost 8 lbs in 2 days. Was able to maintain a bit of muscle, so I just decided to begin my cutting phase.
Friend told me about a Veggie only Diet so i wanted to try it out.
I will lift 4 days a week(still heavy lifting)
Cardio 7 days a week
My diet as as follows (same everyday)
10:00 - 1 scoop ON shake, 2.5/3 cups of oats, half banana
11:15 - Full banana
11:30 - Weight lift
12:45 - 2 scoop ON shake
1:50 - 6 boiled eggs & 2 Romaine hearts
3:50 - Half a whole cabbage + tuna can
6:50 - Half a whole cauliflower + pork tenderloin
8:00 - 8:35 - Low intensity Cardio
8:35 - 1.5 scoop ON shake
9:30 - other half of whole cauliflower or cabbage + pork tenderoin
11:30 - 2 glass of milk
Im still very uncertain about this diet, as my friend pointed it out and I just made the schedule.
My goal is to get really lean, and maintain muscle.
I get about 200g Protein
Also do I need complex carbs for my post workout after weight lifting?
