DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY OTHER METHODS OR RIB CAGE EXPANSION BESIDES THE PULL-OVERS?

no....look at "ribcage expansion" in this forum.......I for one don't think one can change or expand the rib cage.........

true.. if anything, you could only expand your lung volume in my opinion. your bones are pretty much not gonna change.
