A few weeks ago I was benching without a spot (like always) and got fatigued. Due to the fact I was benching on an incline I momentarily let the bar rest on the upper portion of my rib cage. It then rolled down the majority of my chest and abs. Afterwards, a bruise just a bit bigger than a quarter appeared where the bar initially made contact with my chest upper area. Now almost every time I stretch my pecs by opening my chest and reaching towards my back I hear a disgusting noise like muffled, slow, snapping cellery. Its comming from one of my upper ribs. :( Should I see a doctor?
