If i'm correct, Creatine phosphate works by releasing its own phosphate into your body so that the ADP can be phosphorylized (sp?) which produces ATP at a faster rate. Now ribose on the other hand, creates more ATP, but not by recycling ATP from ADP as with creatine does. So my question is.. should I stack these two supplements because theoretically, since they work in different ways, I would have a larger pool of ATP and hence a larger amount of energy than if i were just to take one or the other by itself. Now i know for a fact that creatine works, but haven't tried any ribose supplementation yet. Would I be wasting my money if I were to start using ribose or would it be to my benefit? Thanx

Did it with ribose, highly recommend it, expensive habit though. Theoretically, yes, there should be a larger pool of ATP. Realistically, I go by what I experienced first hand and that was good gains in size and strength.

Thanks for the reply jdelts =). So, when you did take it.. how did you take it? 1. Did you go through a loading phase with it? 2. How much of it did you take? 3. When did you take it? Pre and post workout? Before Bed? Etc. Sorry for all these questions. But thanks in advance >=)
