Ok who here like it?

I like it in certain things like a Omelet whith the cheese and salsa heated up and stuff in the middle!

Can't be all that bad of a cheese, it's a Whey Cheese but like the mods say, as long as it fits into your daily it should be fine!

Ricotta is great, an alternative to cottage cheese 1%. I can't eat pasta anymore, but it is great in Lasagna.

You are what you eat. So stay away from the jerk chicken.
