The more size i seem to put on the more difference i seem to notice in the difference in proportion of my right and left arm + chest muscles. I know its common for one arm to be slightly bigger or longer than another but is there something i can do to even them out a little more? ie) more reps with one arm or something?? Please help! - Id also like to thank all of you people who regularly help everyone out and are so knowledgable! (bb1fit, menace, mojo) just being a few! thanks guys

Wow...I AM honered to be mentioned in the same sentance as those two. Must say though, I can only hope to be as knowledgeable one day. As far as your question goes, I would say it's not that uncommon. Maybe do more DB bench exercises, flat, incline, decline, some fly's maybe, using your left arm. You can also do concetration curls, tricep kickbacks, anything involving a DB will help isolate that side and eventually get you caught up.

You have answered your own Question really, give your smaller arm more work to do, have to agree with the above exercies from Mojo:dumbbell:

Be sure to focus on your form when doing barbell work. Keep the left side equal.

You will always have a dominant side from what I have heard. I have read a lot of posts about this same problem so it is definitely not uncommon. Search for this topic at the bottom of the page and you'll get a lot of good advice.
