Hello, I'm looking for the right mix of training right now I want to lose about 10-15 pds os fat and add some muscle. right now my scedule allows for wgt training 3 days a week with cardio mixed in, any suggestions on which program to start with and go with cybex or free weights. any suggestions?

Why not try the 'weight loss and definition' program here at ft. Remember to check your diet too.
